An accomplished athlete turned Sports Scientist with 8+ years of expertise, coaching athletes from grassroots to international levels. Driven by cutting-edge research and evidence-based methods, committed to holistic athlete development, including physical and mental growth. Skilled in sports science, talent identification, injury prevention, and rehabilitation, with rare experience coaching disabled athletes in India.
